Gayle Brooks and her husband, Stan, live in Nederland, Colorado with their five Bernese Mountain Dogs. They are avid skiers, hikers and outdoor people who love nothing more than spending a day in the mountains with their canine clan. Gayle is also a fabulous cook (human meals as well as dog meals) and so she had a lot of fun designing the PeakWaggers menu and creating the various dishes. Between the two of them, Gayle and Stan have three daughters, two sons, two son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, one grandson, five dogs, and seven grand-dogs.
